Refund and Returns Policy

This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through [Store Name].
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@tradeloka.com so we can make it right.
Reporting the Issue: To speed up the resolution process, please include your order number and a photo or video of the damage/defect in your email.
Resolution & Returns: We accept returns for defective or damaged items. However, in many cases, once we verify the damage via your photo/video, we can issue a full refund or send a free replacement without requiring you to mail the damaged item back.
Please contact our support team before shipping any defective items back to us, as we may be able to spare you the trip to the post office.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size ordered, or you no longer want it), you may do so within 30 days.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return Address: Please note that our return processing center is located in New Zealand. You will be required to ship the item to our facility in Auckland.
4. Exchanges
We do not accept direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted (subject to the Change of Mind Returns policy above), you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email info@tradeloka.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact return address.
- Ship: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved via email), we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
